Check the status of the BlackBerry Secure Connect Service
The BlackBerry Secure Connect Service is a web service that provides a single access port for activation and management traffic for iOS devices and Android devices. If the BlackBerry Secure Connect Service is not running, or is experiencing connectivity issues, users cannot activate devices or receive profile updates.
- On the menu bar, click Settings.
- In the left pane, click Secure Connect Service.
- Confirm the status for the BlackBerry Secure Connect Service.
