Are External Network Connections Allowed application control policy rule

Description

This rule specifies whether an application can make external network connections. You can configure this rule to prevent the application from sending or receiving any data on a BlackBerry device using an external protocol (such as WAP or TCP). You can also configure this rule so that an application prompts a BlackBerry device user before it makes external connections through the device firewall.
