Creating and configuring user accounts

You can add user accounts to the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, assign BlackBerry devices to the user accounts, and activate devices. User accounts must exist on your organization's messaging servers. You can add multiple user accounts to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server by importing a .csv file that contains a list of user accounts.
