Prevent users from sending instant messaging conversations in email messages
Using the latest version of the BlackBerry Client
for use with Microsoft Office Live Communications Server 2005, BlackBerry Client
for use with Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007,
or BlackBerry Client for IBM
Lotus Sametime, BlackBerry device users can send their instant messaging conversations to contacts in email messages. You can turn off this feature if you do not want BlackBerry device users to send their instant messaging conversations to other users.
In the IT policy for a group or user account, in the Instant Messaging policy group, change the Disable Emailing Conversation IT policy rule to Yes.
