This rule specifies whether a BlackBerry device can open a TLS connection to a content server that does not support the TLS Renegotiation Indication Extension (RFC 5746). The TLS Renegotiation Indication Extension is designed to help protect the security of TLS connections and it requires that information about previous handshakes accompanies subsequent renegotiation handshakes. |
