Creating and configuring user accounts

You can add user accounts to the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server, assign BlackBerry devices to the user accounts, and activate devices. User accounts must exist on your organization's messaging servers. You can add multiple user accounts to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server by importing a .csv file that contains a list of user accounts.
